Okay, so we're all waiting to see what tomorrow's follow-up challenge requires of us. Yes, yes, lots, lots of water. But anything else? We'll see.
I saw an uptick on the scale. A simple combo of 1. salty lunch followed by very salty mini-dindin of protein pretzels with mustard with some cheese. 2. sleeping only 5 hours.
1.2 lbs of sodium bloat.
I didn't drink a lot of water at that time cause I didn't wanna be up whizzing when I wanted to be ZZZZzzzzzing.
Anyway, off to have breakfast and get ready for Pilates.
