Waiting for Son of Double Dare

Okay, so we're all waiting to see what tomorrow's follow-up challenge requires of us. Yes, yes, lots, lots of water. But anything else? We'll see.

I saw an uptick on the scale. A simple combo of 1. salty lunch followed by very salty mini-dindin of protein pretzels with mustard with some cheese. 2. sleeping only 5 hours.


1.2 lbs of sodium bloat.

I didn't drink a lot of water at that time cause I didn't wanna be up whizzing when I wanted to be ZZZZzzzzzing.

Anyway, off to have breakfast and get ready for Pilates.

Sleeping is good. Water is good. DREAMING about water, while sleeping, with a full bladder, is so not good ...

Oh, man. Ann, I KNOWETH of those dreams. It's like all you do in your dream is look for toilets, go to toilets, still get no relief, go to another toilet. Man. Bad.
