E2E Challenge: Midweek Update #9 --VLOG edition

I had had a lot of coffee, as you will soon see! Music in background: IONA, my fave Christian fusion music band. I had gotten back from Pilates and had to redo my update, as the one I did originally yesterday would NOT upload to Youtube. Dunno why. I'm a teeny bit wheezy (the darn mango blossoms get to me).

Here we go:

"The ability to discipline yourself to delay gratification in the short term in order to enjoy greater rewards in the long term is the indispensable prerequisite for success."
~Maxwell Maltz
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
~Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

Need for beautiful words... I love that and understand that. I love reading Margaret Atwood on days like that. :)

Our Mir is on her way back to us! You look and sound much better, and the improvement in your joints is reason enough to be happy. I feel the same about my maintenance weight. I want to "see" 130, but I will probably maintain between 135 and 140. That is where I feel the best and am able to move around. I love beautiful words, too, but alas, I write and speak from the heart as if I'm in your presence. Not a bad thing, I know. Have a great rest of the week, Princess!

You are doing great, Mir. I think you will get where you want to be. Don't give up. Remember that with God all things are possible. :)

Love your words, I think you can definitely be at your goal weight. You have proven that you are a fighter and can work through any 'strikes against you'. You will be one of the exceptions, the ones who succeed and maintain forever. I believe in you. :)
