Motivation Mojo ...Again: Article on Ways to Stay Motivated

693 days, 7 hours, and 93.2 pounds to go...

It's Sunday. I don't have much to say. I had a temptation dive with lunch, but made up for a good chunk of it by having a miniscule supper. The scale showed no uptick. It's showed no change since Friday (same number yesterday and today). My focus is to see a smaller number, I don't care how  much smaller, tomorrow. Just some budging.
