E2E Midweek #2: Not Epic, But a Fail

Scale: 183.0
Cravings--have returned in full force (see previous Vlog, and yes, the cravings are now for SALTY stuff. Geez.)

Exercise: Fine. On target with goals so far.
Fluids: Fine.
Support: Been posting some, and met minimum.

Almost missed this update altogether, but looked at clock and realized, "Holy Cow, it's THURSDAY!" I went into a time zone.

It's NOT going well, and I continue to try to flip my switch back to the good spot. But for now, it's &^%& here.

Very frustrated that cravings are back in force.

Okay. I'm out.

Be well.

You are doing a great job. Getting control of those cravings is so hard, and honestly, I don't think they ever go away completely. At least not for me. Take care!

Yikes! It seems like the salt weight will stay constant (ie 3-4 extra pounds of water but the underlying YOU will stay at 180 or so. UNLESS you give in to the cravings and eat too many calories! You've been staying fairly steady around 1700-1900 cals if I remember right, so you know that much is OK for you. Keep strong! You inspire so many people! Including me!!

PS - FYI - I have trouble with your vlogs because I can only see them with a computer I don't use very often.

I understand completely. It must be something in the air or Spring Fever or something. I'm hoping for a better day today. I dare not think a week ahead just yet. That is too overwhelming.

Perfectly normal but oh so frustrating! Just keep on doing what you have been doing that got you this far.

I've been having them too, due to hormones. I paced the kitchen like crazy the other day, but ate only things I'm allowed to, rather than the single serving chocolate almond flour lava cake sitting in the fridge. Leftover cabbage, meat, a little tiny bit of cheese. The cravings passed and I could concentrate on something else.

Last night, A and I gave in and shared that chocolate lava cake. It might not have been the best choice ever, but we had eaten dinner already, so at least it going in on top of protein and veggies, and we SPLIT it. Sometimes you get past those cravings, sometimes you don't. Hang in there.
