I gots a "pink" mood for my walk...and if you're in E2E, remember your movement goals....(another VLOG...much shorter this time)


Note: I ended up walking 36 minutes. YAY! I looked at my watch when I felt the joints ease and pain stop and it was the 12 minute mark. About 6 minutes more than usual...but hey, it's so good when you can hit your stride some. Make sure to LOOK UP if you have clear skies. Planets and the moon. Nice!

Hi, dear. I'm home and rested now and boy and I SORE. Bethany and I walked around Walmart, two Walgreens and numerous other short stops around town today. My back is killing me. I feel like a little old lady. It just shows how out of shape I am. I'm glad you are getting back into your walking. Good for you!!

After taking with God, kissing my husband on his day off to work and turning on the computer, the next thing I did this morning was hear your voice!
I hope your walk put you on a pink cloud!

I´m so happy you had a good walk! It´s always so invigorating to me when I get back from a good walk. And you´re right the joints work better and are warmed up. Too bad they don´t stay that way. :)
