This describes my status as well. Right now I just want to hide myself away from view and scream out my frustrations. It is the letting go and screaming that is the hard part. Once you start screaming it is hard to know if you will ever be able to stop.

I have to have the other one on to hear what the world is saying, too though lol. Check the song out on YouTube. The right music soothes the soul for sure!
