Heat Intolerance sucks

I went walking for the first time in 3 weeks yesterday with hubby. We waited until evening so it was a bit cooler. We've had hot, humid weather. Lots of thunderstorms (what kept me inside at first, then the mood issues demotivated me.)

I could barely tolerate it. Made it through 20 minutes only by focusing.  I felt so hot and weak, like I was gonna pass out. My legs were shaky. I was panting. I felt woozy.

I'll note that I did my Pilates session with my trainer and got through it fine. Indoors. With a/c.  But the heat/humidity outside got to me. 8pm and it was overcast, humid, and in the 80s.

I walked fine all last summer, even in humid weather, and that was when I was a bit hypothyroid, so I was feeling "chilly", as hypothyroid folks will tend to when they are a bit out of range. I was comfy for the most part last summer, and enjoyed having a time outside.

I guess when I see the endo in July (regularly scheduled appt), I'll find out if she needs to tweak me. I want to be able to walk again, but it's a fine line where I am euthyroid, and it's hard to STAY there.

Heat intolerance is tough. I start hyperventilating, feeling weak, feeling like I'm gonna burn up and pass out. Hate it. Wish I had a normal thyroid and didn't have to keep adjusting meds with weight changes or after active thyroiditis incidents. Well, you do what you can and keep the faith that medical science progress improves the situation.

I miss walking now. Wish someone could follow me around blasting icy air. :D

Be well...

Still metabolically snailing it...says the thermometer...and dancing with laughter with the B52s and hubby...Plus the BEST walking/dancing bra EVER for the busty gals who wanna LOOK nice......and feeling very grateful...

When I was feeling purely crappy before, I took my oral morning temps to see what was going on. I believe I posted on it. I was measuring 97.0 to 97.3, with one rare  jump to 97.5

I am measuring now between 97.3 and 97.5. So, um, well, some improvement, but not great. Once I move around, have breakfast etc, I jump to 97.8.

That's still pretty "chilly".

I was hoping after a month now on my higher T4 dosage (cause my doc is really stubborn and won't give me more T3, which tells me I need to look for a new doc, frankly), I expected better. I've added micronutrients beneficial for the thyroid--zinc, copper, selenium, iodine--to my diet. Make a point to have kelp or seaweed now and then. Upped my carbs some (cause this helps with T4 to T3 conversion). I suspect I really need MORE T3 and less T4 to feel optimal.

Why are endos so fricken close-minded about this? I had to walk into the exam room with print-outs of studies to convince my previous doc in 2010 to add Cytomel to my regimen. And she was still reluctant.

I know I'm improving in other ways. I am able to walk without feeling like I weigh 300 pounds again. I can dance without feeling like I'm gonna fall down. I sometimes feel warm (which was not happening in the previous two months, when I had bad chills, and was sleeping with higher number on the a/c and extra blankets). Hair is not falling out as quickly. Joints don't feel like I have a massive acute attack of arthritis. Face doesn't feel like a blank mask. Eyes don't feel heavy and saggy (except for the normal aging sagginess). Not needing to sleep 14 hours...Down to 10. :D

But I really, really, firmly believe what I need is more T3, and dang, I'm gonna have pray that God budges my endo on this.

In the meantime, I've been researching for endos who are more Armour and T3 friendly (ie, not stuck in the T4 only box). It's not easy. Some sound like quacks. Others are too far to drive in Florida. Locally, I just gotta search some more.

I was really happy when that slightly reluctant endo in June of 2010 --not my original one, but another in her practice, as that's seen to me since 1998, after a chillingly bad experience with another endo!--let me try Cytomel. A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE! No lie. It's what allowed me to see better mood and perhaps was key in allowing me to have enough energy and positivity (ie, lifting of depression) to begin a serious diet.

Mood cannot be discounted in overeating. Y'all know that?

Since it did me a crazy butt world of good, I don't see why they are so reluctant to change the ratio.  Lots of ladies out there are feeling better on more T3. Maybe I'd be one of them, dunno, but maybe.

Anyhow, making progress (from the physical and temp markers), but still in slower metabolic land. But hey, I used to have temp readings in the 96. The doc once had me at 95 point something (forget the decimal) in her office, which was the tip-off to check my thyroid. (At that point, the whole, dry as desert skin, chills even in summer, gaining weight steadily and alarmingly, suicidal ideations, and sleeping 20 hours a day should have been a bigger tip-off, don't ya think?)

This is one of my "deal with it for life" issues, and dang, how I wish I was normal. Must be nice. ; ) But I believe in counting blessings. So, I will:

I am grateful for improvements. Thank God for good medicine and supplements and good food and exercise and rest and love and hope. :D It all works together. I was just feeling amazing happy and grateful over my breakfast of Canadian bacon, eggs, and Concorde pear yumminess--hubby found some for me, hooray, hooray!!--just grateful for having food in abundance, and grateful I don't abuse it anymore. Just overflowing in my heart with thanks.

Which is good. It's really good to remember that abundance of food can be a blight of temptation, but it's a huge blessing in a "mostly hungry" world. Remember that. For the sake of those who have not and dream of having, choose well.

Hope everyone is having a lovely week. Full of gratitude. Full of good choices.

We had some nice cooler weather in the last couple days--refreshing!--and I have been feeling pretty giddy-happy again. Smiley me is in full force! Well...

Except for the wee crying jag when I looked at a pic of my mom and just missed her and dad so much I lost it. Just a few minutes, then gratitude for having been loved so much by my parents. Poor, hardworking folks who did it all for family. God, it hurts to lose loved ones! But I'm smiling, too, cause my mom is still one of my heroes. :D

Watched the B52s on PBS last night and danced the whole time we watched.  Giddy-happy (like I said.) I saw them live in a long gone, once-hip, local venue in 1979 and they were AMAZINGLY FUN. And they may be old, but they're STILL FUN. I love me some Kate and Cindy and Fred and Keith! (I went and preordered the DVD.) Such nostalgia.

Hubby got one of his guitars and jammed along while I danced like a crazy middle-aged gal who once loved dancing the night away in better-joint-health days. I can't shimmy like I used to. I can't go "down, down" to the ground in ROCK LOBSTER with my crap knees. But I can move the way I can move, and I do! With energy, hard breathing,  sweat and blood pumping wildly as my reward. (I ended up dancing in my bra--my wonderful underwire Wacoal sports bra that I love for walking and is worth EVERY EXPENSIVE BIT OF PRICE cause it keeps me in place without crushing the tatas into mush--cause I got so overheated!)

Here's my darling man last night, before he stood up to play the last couple songs:

(holding spot for when I stop being lazy and upload the pic from iPhone)

So, go dance and believe in healing and a better weight for yourself. As long as you breathe, have hope and go for it!

Be well...

I gots a "pink" mood for my walk...and if you're in E2E, remember your movement goals....(another VLOG...much shorter this time)

Note: I ended up walking 36 minutes. YAY! I looked at my watch when I felt the joints ease and pain stop and it was the 12 minute mark. About 6 minutes more than usual...but hey, it's so good when you can hit your stride some. Make sure to LOOK UP if you have clear skies. Planets and the moon. Nice!

Be well...

Day 32 of 84 in the StSC: How it's going today and....You don't have to have it all now, you can have some later. You don't have to have it all today, you can eat again tomorrow....and a bit more loss and progress again

I finally hit new low ground after my freaky week: 189.4

Nice new territory. Haven't been here since, oh, 1991 or 1990.

I had a Japanese food craving, so I got some vegetable sushi. I had a plumcot and some cherries, too. And...my bad...steamed gyoza. Totally not primal or lower carb. Pffft.

Today, with one meal to go, I have 550 to 750 calories left, depending on if I go to 1200 or 1400. Between the soy sauce and rice and--drat me--dumplings, I might bloat again. If they're rice dumplings, I'm fine. If they're wheat flour, there's a price to pay (inflammatorily). I'll see how my joints feel come morning. Gyoza used to be a weekly treat for me. Now, maybe once every 3 or 4 months. Sometimes, you just get the call for a particular thing. Fortunately, these were tiny and had minicule amounts of meat. Hooray.

Or I may not. The body is weird. Who knows.

But I didn't get the BIG sleepies after, just some mellowness, which is a good sign that I'm less insulin resistant. Dinner will likely be protein plus salad fixings and fruit and decaf and water. I got some honeydew, and if it's sweet, that's dessert.

Water/fluids is fine. Had a great Pilates session. I could feel longer, leaner, stronger. Some days are just good. Breathing was not an impediment.

Had a 25 minute walk in the cloudy-post-rain coolness.

I was thinking as I ate my Japanese food today how I used to eat 3 and 4 and 5 times what I had today. I'd have fried rolls dipped in spicy mayo, salad with miso or ginger dressing, teriyaki, maybe tempura veggies, too, maybe some sushi, a cup + of rice, banana tempura.  Now, I get a few pieces of veggie rolls or sushi, usually get some yakitori for protein, drink tea, have a small salad, call it a day. I saved today's salad. Maybe have with dinner or tomorrow.

Some days, when I want to eat more, I use the "It's not an option" phrase. Today, when I wanted more, I told myself another mantra of mine: "You can have it later. Or you can have it tomorrow. Just not right now."

I said it a few times, and eventually, the "full" signal gets to me and I don't need it. I only need it for those few minutes before all the food and stomach stretching from fluids/food sends the "you're done eating' signals. I guess I ate a bit fast or the rice and dumplings made the glucose/insulin thing go wackier than I'm accustomed (as I don't have starches every day) so the stop-eating signals didn't come as fast as they do on a lower carb/no starches (ie, usual) eating mode.

Sometimes, all you need to do is remember the next meal is not that far away.

When I binged, the feeling was, "I have to eat it now. It's hot now. It's fresh now. I want it now. NOW."

If at those "I want more" moments, I can just get in the mindset that takes the appetite into account and says, "Yes, you can have more. Next meal. Next snack. Next Day"...then I"m gonna be okay. It's not a flat no. Just a "later". For binge-ers, knowing there is a later for more food can be very calming when food is calling a little or a whole lot.

So, if food is calling....tell it: "Sure. Later. Not now. I'm done for now."

Have a pleasant evening.

Day 19 of Phase 4 Challenge: Still not very hungry, still losing: 70 POUNDS LOST!!! :) Orthostatic Hypotension....so....Made appt with Primary Doc, And today I see the R.D. for a follow-up. Plus Yesterday's particulars, "Walking in the Rain..."

Scale: 229.0

Seventh straight day of loss, even though I doubled my salt intake yesterday. And I'm now officially 70 pounds down from highest home-recorded weight of 299. Yes!!!!!!

Now, why increase sodium? Isn't that a bad, bad thing?

I've been having orthostatic hypotension--it's been increasing in the last couple months, but got so bad Wednesday, I had to lie down and hubby got worried--and in general, my BP has gone way down. I think the triple combo of:

1. more weight loss
2. starkly reduced carbs from previous eating plan
3. lowered salt intake this week

combined to do this. I may need to be on less or off my BP meds.

My blood pressure yesterday without taking my regular dose that day (left it for evening, when I usually do morning, cause I was afraid of it affecting me too much during the active hours of the day) after walking, right after getting home and still all blood-pumping from the exercise: 125/68 with a pulse of 76
Forty minutes later when I was "calm" again: 129/71 pulse 66 on right arm, 117/63 on left.

Before bed, after supper, after dose, after three salty meals: 113/58 with a pulse of 60.

This morning after waking and bathroom: 111/60 with a pulse of 60

I think those number would be fine if I had no symptoms, but I was woozy at Pilates and when I'd get up suddenly from the couch. Normally, my diastolic was in the 70 to 80 range when checked at the doc offices and at home...and I was HEAVIER than I am now when I got started on them....so....maybe...

I'm hoping the added sodium yesterday (I pretty much doubled Thursday's sodium intake from that of Wednesday's), will keep things a little perkier BP-wise until Monday's doc appt.

Yesterday:

calories: 1119
water: met
exercise: Pilates and walking
mood: very, very good!
hunger: pretty low

I've had an issue with taste-pickiness. This happens to me sometimes, since forever. I'll cook chicken or steak or some meat, taste it, and something in my mouth rejects it. Happened with last night's palomilla I made mostly for hubby (he loves his palomilla). I took a small bite, went, EW, and tried to figure out yet again how to fit protein. Since I needed some sodium, I hit a couple ounces of deli ham. Not a lot of calories, didn't make me gag. Ate my veggies and had my yogurt/nut/fruit snack for dessert instead. Yum. So, today, I'm gonna go see if there's some fresh rotisserie turkey and if my mouth will tolerate it. If not, it will be tofu for me.

My walk was kinda fun, if solitary. "Walking in the rain with the one I love, feels so fine; walking in the rain with the one I love on my mind..." Anyone remember that one from the seventies?

Yes. It rained. I can't remember the last time I voluntarily walked in the rain. :) Nice smell of wet grass and foliage. Kept me cool. And curly people know what rain does to curly hair--yes! It gets curlier. No problem there. hahahah

Today, the R.D. A rest day, probably, since I don't wanna risk too much wooziness.

Belly fat is noticeably lessening, for a dang change. :)

Okay, another day to work our plans. Let's be healthier tomorrow. Happy Friday, folks!

Day 15 Phase 4 Challenge: Tornado Watch, Appetite, Exercise plans for the day, Mellow MLK Day Otherwise...

Scale still going down...

Yesterday:
Calories: 962 (Wasn't hungry, so instead of a dinner, just had a small snack)
Water: met
Exercise: Walking, Whoopie, a little Dance Central on Kinect
Mood: excellent!

I'm a wee bit miffed at the weather...

We were gonna do a mini-cruise today (have a coupon, wanna use it), but the tornado watch in our area pretty much just killed that idea.

I do need to do some groceries (produce gets used up fast), but I'll leave it to tomorrow. I don't wanna go out and then have to bring in the goods in a downpour should we get hit hard.

This time of year, we do sometimes get tornadoes. It's not enough we have hurricane season June through November, right? No, now we're in the tornado-worrisome time. We lost half of our beloved gardenia bush one winter. A storm wind event (tornado hit a couple miles north) cracked it right in two. One half survives and still gives me blooms a couple times a year. :)

I will look on the bright side. My dry lawn grass may get a nice drenching.

I guess I'll do strengthening exercises today since we may be stuck indoors for the day. I noticed COMCAST has a couple Jackie Warner workouts. I may attempt one. :-O

I wish you all a happy MLK Day. Use the great man as an inspiration. Think of all the very hard things he had to do to move towards his goal of a more equal society.

Move towards your goals today, be they weight or other-related. Make them happen.

:::looks up toward Heaven::: Thank you, Rev King. Today, we remember your strength, vision, and courage. We still look forward to the day when skin color means squat and it's all about character.

Day 23 Spawn of SoDDDY Challenge: Is My Scale Wonky? Or is it just a good week so far? My Two Meals Yesterday & a Recommendation if You like Both Convenience and Black Beans...and even are vegan; GIANT KILLING has me hooked and inspires a dieting metaphor, natch...

I had to climb up and down on Tanita-san several times today (that sounds a bit X-rated...hmm?):

233.8

Really?

Okay, I did stay under 1300 calories (1284), just barely made my water, but made it. So, maybe it's just a good week.

Or Tanita-San is playing a joke on me. :D 'Cause that's 2.2 lbs down in 3 days. My stubborn apple-shape waist is not moving, though. Grrrrrr.

I will add that yesterday was a lowfat, high fiber, high carb, moderate protein day. Here's yesterday's ratio: 53c/20f/27p. My DNA test said I needed to do a low calorie version of  high carb/low fat, but I almost never make the lowfat aspect, but that percentage for fat was dead-on to the recommendation. 20% of calories. So, whether this is a correlation or not....there it is.

You know, last time we had an arctic blast reach Miami, I lost well. The last two days/nights have been shivery ones. I was joking about shivering burning calories last time. I'm not joking so much right now. Maybe not turning on the heat is a very, very good idea. heh.

I ate two meals yesterday:

breakfast: scrambled egg whites with fat-free cheese and pico de gallo (had some leftover from dinner the night before from Lime Fresh Mexican grill). WS hot cakes with sugar-free syrup. Half a red grapefruit. 1/3 cup fresh blueberries. 3 slices of turkey bacon (the extra lean JennieO brand, which I'm gonna toss, as it's crappy. I ate it just...cause. How dumbass is that? Don't buy this brand. The other turkey bacons I've had were fine. This one is awful.) Coffee. Water. Fiber supplement.

lunch: whole instant cup of Dr. McDougall's black bean with lime soup (it's an instant soup, but it's really amazingly yumsy...comes out creamy with Mexican type spicing). Leftover tortilla chips baked with fat free and lowfat cheese and fat free sour cream and pico de gallo for topping. 3/4 cup of chopped yellow and red bell peppers. coffee. water. As a treat: 3 low carb biscotti by BariWise (lemon flavor, and I sprinkle crystalized lemon on it to make it tart). Vitamins/supplements.

Today:
breakfast: WS hot cakes, 1/2 cup blueberries, sugar-free syrup, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 small papaya, coffee, water, vitamins, fiber supplement.

lunch: raw green bean casserole--green beans, tahini, lemon, garlic. :D Yum.

No dinner for me. Hubby and I  were engrossed watching GIANT KILLING--a soccer anime that first aired in Spring, I believe, but we are watching now. I hate sports, but this has me totally caught up. Funny and good characterization with nice game twists. The title refers to the little guy (like a Jack or a David) winning over the Giants. The underdog team getting its act together under a very skilled and amusing coach. Love it!  Then I caught up on the last issue of BLEACH manga online and started wondering how Ichigo-boy is gonna get his powers back....cause he will!

It's no stretch to say we fatfighters, particularly those of us who got into the big, morbidly obese numbers, are out to kill our own Giants--whether it's trigger foods, emotional issues regarding foods, lack of exercise, whatever. We're the underdogs and we're the giants...and one has to win. So, might as well be the slim underdog inside us fighting to get free.

I actually love the inspiring messages in many manga and anime. The Japanese have a common saying used a lot: "Do your best"

A character will often say it to themselves, as well: "I will do my best". Whether it's a school life manga with a character overcoming a mean clique or trying to get better in athletics or get a higher ranking to get into a better college, the head band comes on and the cry goes out that they will DO THEIR BEST!

And because so many anime and manga have superheroic types, I sometimes tap into that when I'm exercising and feel I can't do ONE MORE REP!  I imagine myself as one of these never-give-up characters and just push on. This is why I had my trainer upload Japanese anime themes into a playlist for me. On days when I just don't WANNA...on goes the anime music and I become Ichigo or Yoruichi or the  Fullmetal Alchemist or L or any character who just refuses to stop trying to reach their goal and win the fight! Okay, so maybe not L's eating habits (a skinny pale dude who eats sweet treats and sugar cubes all dang day to fuel his mighty brain!)

Feel like a superhero or superheroine today. Kick fat's ass! GAMBARE! (Do your best!)

Day 22 Spawn of DDDY Challenge: Another downtick and Feeling bones! The pleasure of sensual, though unhealthy, fat...some good links...and Enjoying new Athletic Shoes...Oh, and Stay warm, ye snowbound!

Tanita-san: 234.6

I had a really nice surprise, as you can see, with today's hop on the scale. That's 1.4 down from Sunday. Not expected at all, but quite cheering.

Yesterday's calories fell just over 1400. 55 minutes of Pilates. That must have helped.

Apple Shape by Carb Tripper
When I woke up, I ran my hands up and down my torso as I usually do to assess bloat. I don't like to weigh if I feel bloaty. Since I had some chicken teriyaki--not much about 2 to 2.5 ounces--and the soy sauce is my bloat enemy, I was checking. Instead of feeling bloat, I felt bones down there--pelvic bones--and up here--a rib. Strange to feel anything other than cushy fat. Those of you who've been morbidly obese know what I mean, right? And those of you who are apples like me know that best of all. The layers and layers of abdominal fat obscure all the bony bits in there. Make for great bedfellows.

(Yes, it's true: Fat feels good. Really good, way better than bones, so heck, I used to feel up my fat torso just to enjoy the cushiness of all that adiposity! I totally get why harems were populated with lush women. If I were some caliph, I'd want me some fat love bunnies, too! I remember when hubby had 35 extra pounds. Man, his back and sides were so superyummy! cushy! Now, he looks hot, but you can feel the bonesies in bed. Too bad there's not a way to look really sleek and hot and FEEL really soft and cushy. hahahaha)

I remember when I first started Pilates in 2008 weighing in the 270s. In the first sessions, you are learning imprinting and there's an exercise where you put your thumbs on your lower ribs and your pinkies on your hip bones. I could not feel bones. I just could not find my hipbones. Or pelvic bones. It was a bit embarrassing. Now, I surely can find them. :D

I haven't done any meal planning for today. I wish I had gotten extra "fresh Vietnamese veggie rolls" cause I still want some. Yum. Maybe I'll get some tomorrow when I'm running errands.

I have another set of salad fixings in the fridge, and that was so yummy yesterday, I'll just replicate it. Lots of coffee and tea to keep the chill away. Whoa, you guys up north must be bone-shaking down to your marrow. Those blizzard pics make my teeth chatter. Stay warm!

Hope my niece and the kiddies can get home in a timely matter. They went to NYC and hoped for snow, and I suppose this is a case of getting MORE than one bargained for. At least the kids are having a great time with the white stuff--snowmen, snowballs, jumping around. :)

Speaking of having fun jumping around, I love my new athletic shoes. Because I overpronate and have wide feet (less wide than before, but still), I got a new pair of Brooks (these are great for problem feet and wide feet and overpronators) and a pair of Asics. I've been really enjoying the extra boost of energy I get with new, springy sneakers! I bought them a few weeks ago in preparation for the exercise portion of the Challenge. I thought I'd have to drop out beforehand when it went to 1200 calories, but Allan noted on his blog that we could try it and then drop out if we weren't suited. So, I figured, why not give it a shot at least. One should try, even if skeered a bit. :) I guess I don't have as much faith in my ability as I would wish, but I'm willing to give it a solid shot. Hence, the sneaks. Hence, eating some days in the lower calorie range.

Ann is also getting ready for the exercise challenge. Are you?

Oh, and if you haven't dropped by, visit Carb Tripper for a Learning Day full of great doodles and useful links for those interested in obesity (for personal or other reasons). (Her doodles are da best!)

And if you're ready to QUIT OVEREATING and start a diet/weight-loss regimen, then do read this article. It's more about how to prepare to do it and the right environment/mindset/planning than a New Year's resolution, but it's a really good one and if you've been off plan or just starting a journey to normal weight, you should read it.

Anyway...

Let's make this cold week one that burns off tons of calories. Shiver away, people! Fire up the metabolism!

Be well today and DO NOT OVEREAT. Okay?

Ciao!

Day 9 Spawn of SoDDDY Challenge: Another drop, Which Makes me Think Shivering is Good For Weight Loss! A look at my ratio and where I fell short in nutrients on my "vegetarian eating day", and Clothes I blew Right Past and Never Got To Wear!...Plus food/fluid log

Scale: 238.4

2/5ths of a pound down from yesterday. Nice.

Well, apparently, as long as one stays clothed and has a good blankie, one can survive being in the 30's temperature-wise and not use a heater. We're proof.

We only have ONE warm blanket, so last night was not very comfy for sleeping, especially when I first went to bed and everything on the bed was COLD!  This is Miami, for Pedro's sake! I don't own any substantial sweater. Don't own a coat. Don't own a warm cap or gloves. Never fricken need multiple blankets.

I need to go buy a coat and blankets. If January and February bring more of this, I need to be able to sleep better. I need a big, warm comforter, methinks. And jammies. I don't own warm jammies. I normally sleep nekkid.

So, maybe shivering does help with the losses. hahah

How low does it have to get outside before you put on the heater?

Yesterday's calories settled at 1566. I had a vegetarian day--only noticed at dinnertime I had had no chicken/meat. I had seven servings of fruits/veggies, and I just ran the nutritional feedback on SparkPeople and it came to this ratio: 56.5/25.2/18.3 in terms of carbs/fats/protein.  (Note: the DNA test said I should eat at 65/20/15 for optimal loss. )  I was low on a lot of nutrients: zinc, selenium, iron, panthothenic acid, copper, B12, etc. So, today, I'm gonna focus on getting in those nutrients, even if it means supplements. I'm always, always low on zinc and almost always on selenium and iron and B12 and folate. I'm used to being low on those (not being able to eat seafood, not being willing to eat organ meats, and limiting nuts effects such things).

On an NSV front: More clothes that fit and some that I was holding until "I got smaller" and now are too loose. I missed my chance. So, the pile of clothes barely or never worn for Goodwill or the Salvation Army is growing. I will encourage y'all in the challenge to try clothes on FREQUENTLY, especially if you've been saving outfits. I cannot believe how fast they were  in the category of "too loose". And one that I put away as too tight is now wearable and has a bit of looseness in the butt and thighs. So, stay on top of the "clothes waiting for a smaller size." You might bypass them altogether. And that sucks! Wasted moolah.

Here's to you and me and everyone in the challenge and all those NOT in the challenge but looking to lose some excess fat-baggage having a really good low-cal eating day. STAY WARM (or not...shiver away the pounds!)
