Sometimes a fresh wave of inspiration comes along and we move on and sometimes we just get to stay stuck for a much longer time than we wish and all the while get to practice patience and endurance. (and by stuck I mean in indecision, not on the scale!)

But you are definitely gaining lean mass and shifting the fat so your metabolism is doing something, eh? It may just be difficult to understand what is going on.

whatever you decide, Remain steadfast in your resolve to be healthy. It's inspiring.Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03661912528152366517noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1198125453064456988.post-61102082913598740732011-11-28T23:44:37.477-05:002011-11-28T23:44:37.477-05:00It's good that you keep searching for somethin...It's good that you keep searching for something that will work for you rather than give up. I knew I didn't want to use Splenda because I put it in my baked oatmeal and it was so bad I threw it out. I´m a believer in that. Maybe that would work for you again. I know from whence I speak.

Do you remember the post a while back on Everyday Paleo where the woman weighed 150, and after a couple of months on Paleo, she still weighed 150, but her body was completely different, and she lost clothing sizes?

I think you're at the point where the weight will come off when it comes off, but your body will probably change a lot, even if the number on the scale doesn't always correlate. I wish you the best!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1198125453064456988.post-31283481757348715162011-11-28T15:54:48.711-05:002011-11-28T15:54:48.711-05:00Noooo. I take a look back at my food logs to see what I was doing when I was steadily losing. I know low carb will work for me for awhile. I know I need more water. I know I need to leave the gluten alone. And of course, I know I need the exercise, whether I "do" it or not. Listen to your body and it will usually tell you what it needs.Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15799781800542758688noreply@blogger.com
