I have grown to be absolu...Ah, to sleep, perhaps...<br />I have grown to be absolutely MILITANT about safeguarding my right to a decent night's rest; can't believe what a difference it makes!<br />So you can imagine I was less than thrilled to be awakened last night by DH's snoring @ 3 AM... Just when I resolved myself to face the cold & seek refuge elsewhere, he would moderate somewhat, so I stayed in the marital bed. Big changes this first week back too, getting used to the old routine. (I can tell you're tired because you've called it the E3E challenge in the last 2 posts, instead of the E2E!) I slept a lot last week too, heading for bed at 8:30 pm a few nights! It depresses me to think there are no days off now until May. <br /><br />Sooo - I'm looking forward to hearing about it when you get into the eccentric strength training you mentioned. In the times when you don't have enough energy to sweat, do you have the oomph to do research on a new strength workout or a new DVD? I want you to feel like you were still able to get something valuable and useful out of the days when you're below par energy-wise.
