I admire you for keeping on with some exercise that doesn't hurt you, and focusing on the good habits you've worked so hard to achieve. This tells me that if we make the habits our normal, then when things don't go just perfectly, our habits will help sustain us through it. Just think how rotten you would feel if you just put crap into your body now. But you know what to give it to help it heal itself as much as possible. And that's worth all the time and effort we have put into getting our health on track.
