Please note that I was 370 lbs so I think it is established that I am a lover of food and not some freak of nature that doesn't eat. ;) And I am now at the point where I don't consider myself to be on a diet. This is just how I eat now.<br /><br />Your dialing it back a few calories at a time is a smart move. Small changes always make better sense in the long run because you establish new baselines for what is acceptable gradually. You can do this.
